THE JOURNEY
Hop on board my 19-year odyssey, starting at Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. Amidst the salt-sprayed horizons, my sales and marketing saga began, all while juggling textbooks on Business and Psychology at FIU in sunny Miami, FL.
Picture this: I'm guiding seasoned travel gurus (aka: travel agents) through the mysteries of newsletter marketing when Facebook was still the new kid on the block – yeah, you needed that fancy school email to hop on!
Fast forward to 2010, and meet 'So Ness', my Instagram Accessory Boutique brainchild, mingled with fashion wardrobe styling finesse. What started as a side hustle, blossomed into my full-time love affair, dressed in memorable moments and invaluable lessons learned.
In 2015, I made my comeback to the corporate world at a cutting-edge marketing agency. Working with prominent brands, substantial budgets, and a team of digital experts - from social media wizards to innovative videographers.
It was a whirlwind of crafting content strategies and executing paid ads for various industries, from consumer goods to pharmaceuticals.
In March 2020, I co-founded B Collective with two brilliant women. B Collective is a flower and gift shop in Chicago that brings the community together through unique workshops and experiences centered around nature's gifts: flowers and plants. As a founding partner and Head of Communications at B Collective for four years, I played a key role in building an active and dynamic community of flower & plant enthusiasts and DIY fans. I was responsible for various marketing aspects, including website copy, social media content, email marketing, and copy writer for all customer-facing marketing materials.

Today, I serve small business owners, coaches, and creatives as their personal social media detective, strategically navigating through algorithms. I blend sales psychology with the power of words to create relatable content for websites and social media.
